Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit for Z32 300zx

This is my Titanium exhaust manifold stud kit for Nissan Z32 300zx. This is not a generic kit, but an exact replica of the OEM studs and more importantly manifold yoke washers, recreated in Grade 5 billet titanium that is exclusive to RGS Performance. These kits even include optional shorter studs for use with aftermarket manifolds (AVS, AMS, MSP, etc).

Version 2 kits include adding an internal hex drive to each stud, and using 6 point locking nuts for easier fastening on those tight VG30 motors. 

Each kit includes

• OEM length exhaust manifold studs x 12
• Optional shorter studs for use with aftermarket manifolds x 12
• Six-point locking nuts x 12
• OEM spec manifold yoke washers (thicker and wider than those found in generic kits) x 12

All parts are manufactured from Grade 5 titanium. I suggest applying a small amount of anti-sieze or suitable thread lubricant to prevent new threads galling on installation, and torquing to 40nm.
