Fuel Injector Servicing

Fuel injector servicing is available for Side Feed, Top Feed, Hose tail Feed, Direct Injection, Multi Port Fuel Injection, Central Port Injection, Throttle Body Injection, Continuous Injection, Marine, and Gas Injection fuel injectors . A fuel injector service typically involves a 90 minute bath in the ultrasonic cleaner, followed by a pulsed cleaning cycle. Once the fuel injectors are clean they are ready to go in the flow bench for coil resistance testing, leak testing, spray pattern evaluation, and flow rate testing.

Consumables such as O Rings, Pintle Caps, Filter Baskets, Screens, Hoses, etc are included with the servicing cost.

A complete report is provided with every service.
