These titanium plenum stud kits are unique to RGS Performance and are machined from Grade 5 titanium so they are very light while still provide more than adequate fastening strength. The studs are used to fasten your upper intake manifold/plenum to your lower instake manifold on your Nissan VG30DE or VG30DETT, and replace the factory bolts.
Each kit includes titanium studs, titanium washers, and 12-point titanium locking nuts. The studs feature an internal hex drive to assist with installation. The studs have recently been updated to suit OEM, Ash Spec, and Merlin Machining plenums.
Ships per kit. One kit required per vehicle.
Snug the studs with blue (medium strength) loctite, and fasten the nuts to 20nm
